    Loved mine for about 6 months now. I made a lot plant based meats and tofurkey. Wish I grabbed this sooner. I have a vitamix but having a food procosser works better for other things.Its very sharp so be care with cleaning. I have put all of pieces excluding base in the dishwasher. I would 10/10 recommend it. I wish I got one sooner.

    I had a very expensive Cuisinart processor that frustrated me every time I tried to use it. It was much too heavy and hard to carry. The lid and chute were difficult to line up.I purchased the Hamilton Beach and used it today. It was so easy to use, powerful and fast, easy to assemble, and the spiralizer worked flawlessly. I’m so pleased. Today I made shredded cabbage for Cole slaw, zucchini spirals, and used the chopper blade to make fresh salsa. You can’t go wrong with this processor, but reading the manual first is a must to ensure proper use of the attachments.Thank you Hamilton Beach—I’m in love with it and can now toss a lot of unused implements in my pantry because this processor does it all!!!!

    I was looking for a mid-priced replacement for my Ninja, which I HATED (outside of blending and chopping things poorly, it was useless!). After combing through TONS of reviews on I don't know how many different models, I settled on this one.Right out of the box I tackled fresh coconut. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! It beautifully shredded about 95% of the coconut that went through the shoot. (My experience with shredding processors is that there will ALWAYS be some waste.) There were only two small chunks that got into the shred. Again, amazingly good.Things that I did learn from the bad reviews; it IS loud, but I will take loud for power and good performance any day. Food did collect in the crevice behind the shoot (picture #2), but it was easily cleaned out with a butter knife. The bottom of the handle does have two small holes (picture #3) that, if submerged in water, could cause a problem with bacteria growth. Knowing this, I made sure to hold the bowl by the handle, out of the water, while cleaning it. Time will tell how well this goes.All in all, I can't wait to use this machine more!
